Myspace Blog - September 4th - "Boston"

Well. I'm in MA. It's been a long wild ride, my friends, and it ain't quite over.

Interviewed at KNF&T today for an administrative position with a Fortune 500 financial consultant business, and they showed me two other opportunies a little closer within my desired salary range of $32k-42k. No doubt, for the latter two, they will charge me a consulting fee if I do in fact receive the jobs. But, if they pay well enough, a couple hundred dollars won't be that big of a deal.

But I'm keeping my eyes on them.

The trip was long. LONG. Had an electrical storm around Des Moines, Iowa. Saw Colonol Custer's last stand (and, per Dr. Diede's info, looked about soundly for her family land). Otherwise, it was rather uneventful in the broad sense. Lots of little things, very difficult to relate. For example, the straight, unfaltering flatness of Iowa and Illinois. We went 100 miles, I think, without making ONE turn or cresting even ONE hill.

But I'm here now. Nice home. The boys have a magnificent residence. Pics will come soon.

Oh, and yes, I still adore, admire, applaud my dear boyfriend Peter for his tireless efforts to make us all more comfortable in the transition.

*sigh*

Boyfriend.

Anyway, I've only got a couple moments. The boys are itching to WoW, and as I am on Peter's computer, he will no doubt be kicking me off any second.

More details later.
